About Us
The Spirit of Ameya :
At Ameya, our purpose is to create a welcoming and inclusive space where every individual can nurture physical, mental, and emotional well-being through the practice of yoga. We believe yoga is more than movement, it’s a path to self-awareness, balance, and inner peace.
Through our classes, workshops, and retreats, we aim to share the transformative essence of yoga and inspire a way of living that is mindful and fulfilling. Our community is built on connection, authenticity, and support, a space where each person can grow, heal, and rediscover their strength, joy, and purpose.
Ameya Coastal Retreat - Goa
Ameya’s coastal retreat in Goa offers a tranquil sanctuary where the rhythm of the ocean meets the stillness of yoga. Surrounded by palm trees and open skies, this space invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself. Mornings begin with gentle sunlight and the sound of waves, followed by mindful yoga sessions, meditation, and moments of reflection by the sea. The warm, tropical climate and laid-back coastal energy make Goa the perfect setting for rest, renewal, and transformation. Here, the essence of Ameya flows from the mountains to the ocean, carrying with it the same authenticity, connection, and spirit of practice that define every Ameya experience.
