Retreat Pulga :

Pulga is a picturesque village located in the Parvati Valley of Himachal Pradesh, India. With its stunning natural beauty and laid-back, off-the-beaten-path vibe, Pulga has become a popular destination for backpackers and trekkers looking to explore the surrounding mountains and forests. Palisheri :

Palissery is situated on 2200 meters of height from sea level next to the pulga village in fairy forest. the farms or the Apple orchards of pulga village people are in Pali Sheri it is basically the part of Pulga village but is separated from the village and is on the next clif of mountain weather is best from September to November when there is less rain motion and temperature is all equally around 20 degrees palisheri has no fall from Nov to feb It looked very beautiful in snow covered also the trek is about 10 minutes from pulga village through Fairy Fairy forest which adds up a little more advanced adventure for reaching to palisheri.

Hot yoga 7:00 a.m. to 8 a.m.
Pranayam 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.
Breakfast 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Yoga philosophy 10:00 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Anatomy 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Lunch 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.
Rest/self practice time 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Ashtanga vinyasa yoga 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Meditation 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Dinner 7:30 to 8:00 p.m.
Sleep time after 8:00 p.m.

Beginners : The category where students are new to yoga and need to clear the basics before starting the advanced yoga postures

For example sitting posture standing postures food what should eat what should not to eat.

Intermediate : This category consists of the student practitioners who are in touch with yoga practice earlier and wants to perform well and learn more for example: Surya Namaskar, Pranayam etc.

Advance: This category consists of students practitioners who practice daily and reach the status level where they want to. can pursue the advance asana / practice for example handstand practice, chakrasana etc.
